Before entering the world of tax, Tracie focused her education on Sociology, which gave her a valuable understanding of human relationships and how to collaborate with unique and diverse personalities. She was born and raised in Texas and lives just north of Austin. Tracie lives with her husband and their three kids, ages 3 to 11, along with their two dogs, a few chickens, a rabbit, and a tortoise.

He launched his career in finance in 2017 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Emory & Henry College. With seven years of finance experience, Jermaine possesses extensive knowledge in business tax financial analysis and management, and has supported small business owners with various bookkeeping needs, including sales tax and tax preparation. He is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and aspires to become a CPA one day. Outside of work and school, you can find Jermaine enjoying football and basketball games, listening to live jazz music, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jacob Scott is the Operations Coordinator for Redline, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a BFA in Drama from the Webster Conservatory in St. Louis, Missouri, his career has taken him through a variety of industries, from performing on stage to managing operations in the luxury retail space.
 
Before joining Redline, Jacob oversaw inventory and operations for a high-end chocolate shop in Los Angeles, managing supply chains, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything from production to packaging met the highest standards. His ability to keep things organized, solve problems on the fly, and create efficient workflows makes him a perfect fit for his role.
 
Beyond operations, Jacob has always had a creative drive. His journey has taken him across the country as a performer, working with Tony Award-winning actors, and into the worlds of pop music production and visual art—mediums he continues to pursue. Now back in his hometown of Austin, he brings his diverse experience, artistic eye, and sharp attention to detail to the team, helping Redline stay efficient and on top of its game.
